My business bank account is finally going up, not down.
When you have been working on something for so long, it feels like all you do is spend money to get it ready and get it right. After all that work, time, and money, you hope that what you are working on will resonate with consumers, but you won’t know until you put it out there.
Well, after MANY months of changes, energy, money spent, and hours of lost sleep, I finally launched Posh Nosh at the One of A Kind show in Chicago, December 6th-9th. I was so nervous going into this show because truth be told, if it didn’t work, I wasn’t sure what would come next. Well, we launched and people loved it! They loved the look, the humor, the fancy, and especially the taste! YES!!! The best part about all of this, is that when the show was over, the orders kept coming. From people I know, people I don’t know, and people who have been following along with me on this grueling journey.
For me, this is just the beginning… but with the validation I needed to move forward in a much bigger way. Thank you for letting me bring Posh Nosh to you and for loving everything I love about it.
While I focus on filling orders, I will be transitioning into a private production space. I will finally be able to work on obtaining official gluten-free certification, because my space will be my own. That makes me so happy.
Thanks for the validation and support. That momentum was just what the doctor ordered going into this new year.
