"Almond Butter & Jelly Time" Ice Cream sundae
- 1 container of dairy or dairy free vanilla ice cream
- 1 box of Almond Butter & Jelly Time Posh Nosh
- Strawberry compote
Ingredients for strawberry compote
- 1 pint strawberries (tops removed and cut into fourths) about 12oz
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup water
- ½ tsp vanilla
Place all compote ingredients into a small saucepan. Simmer for 15 minutes. Use a fork to crush the berries. Pour into container and chill before using so that is solidifies further.
Scoop out your favorite vanilla ice cream (dairy or dairy free) and ladle the chilled strawberry sauce over the scooped ice cream and top with about a TBSP of Almond Butter & Jelly Time Posh Nosh. Enjoy!
